A relaxing and rejuvenating class that will provide a perfect balance to your usual workout. Incorporating just a few warming postures before holding longer ground poses, this flow will take you deeper into both your mind, body, and soul. Our instructor will provide caring adjustments and inspire with gentle modifications or deep inversions depending on the student.
Rise & Shine Flow Tuesday 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM and Thursday 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Awaken and energize with this all levels yoga flow. Warm up with classical yoga movements that will help you develop strength and balance. You’ll hold intense poses for many breaths, receive feedback on how to deepen your postures, and leave feeling fully stretched and totally integrated.
Vinyasa Yoga – Tuesday 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM Vinyasa Yoga
With the combination of connecting breath to movement, this class will get you out of your head and into your body! We will begin with some seated stretches and sun salutations. We will then flow into a creative vinyasa sequence, and end it with a relaxing stretch and restful meditation to send you off for a great night’s rest. This class is perfect for yogis of all levels!

Are you new to yoga? Sort of new to yoga? Not so new, but up for a refresher? We will break down the poses, explain some of the lingo, and move the whole body in mindful ways to improve overall health and wellbeing! Truly yoga for ALL!
Power Vinyasa Thursday 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm and Friday 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
An invigorating, powerful, and energetic class where students flow from pose to pose while connecting their breath to movement. This class is designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and mental stamina; while concorporating sweet moments of total and serene BLISS. You will leave this class feeling refreshed, renewed, and revitalized!
Flow & Restore Friday 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM – Flow & Restore Yoga
After a long and busy week we know that all you want, all you NEED, is a little ‘me’ time and some self-care. So come re-calibrate your mind, body, and spirit with this well balanced flow! In the first half of class we will move through classic yoga poses, sun salutations, and heighten our yang energy. At the end of the hour, you will emerge renewed and ready for the weekend.
Morning Flow Yoga Saturday 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
A class designed to wake up the body and inspire the mind! Get your weekend started off right with this gentle yet challenging morning flow. Combining a gentle warm up with fun standing poses. Warming poses, incorporating both balance and strength, will set you up for success as our instructor provides safe modifications throughout the hour. This class presents options for both the newer yogi and the more advanced. This is a class designed to awaken the best parts of your mind, body, and soul!
Restorative Yoga – Sunday 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
This relaxing flow is the perfect way to end the weekend and restore for the week! During this restorative flow, we will stretch out our bodies with slow and gentle movement. We will take our energy inwards and focus on stillness, adding a little bit of standing posture poses and vinyasa style sequences in between.
